To add a YouTube video to a unit page, first click ‘Turn Editing On’.
Click ‘Add an activity or resource’ then ‘Text and media area’ to begin embedding a YouTube video onto the unit page
Meanwhile, in another tab, open the YouTube video you would like to embed. Click ‘Share’.
Click ‘Embed’.
Click ‘Copy’ or select and copy (Ctrl + C) the Embed Video text.
Back on the LMS, click the gridded symbol (Toolbar Toggle) in the top left-hand-side corner of the textbox for more options, then click ‘<>’ (Edit HTML Source).
Paste (Ctrl + P) in the Embed Video text you copied from YouTube. You can modify the width and height values of the code to increase or decrease the size of the video on the unit page. It is a good idea to keep the aspect ratio of the width and height of the frame the same.
Click ‘Update’.
Scroll down and click ‘Save and return to course’.
The video will be available to watch on the unit page. Press play to watch the video.

Meanwhile, in another tab, open the YouTube video you would like to embed. Click ‘Share’.
Click ‘Copy’.
Back on the LMS, click the gridded symbol (Toolbar Toggle) in the top left-hand-side corner of the Content textbox for more options, then click ‘<>’ (Edit HTML Source).
Paste (Ctrl + P) the following into the HTML source editor:
<p><a href="PASTE YOUTUBE LINK HERE">EmbeddedVideo</a></p>
Click ‘Update’.
Scroll down and click ‘Save and display’.
The video will be available to watch on the Page resource. Press play to watch the video.
