Once you have accessed the checklist from the course page, click on ‘View progress’ in the navigation bar.
Scroll down the page, until you reach the checklist which lists the students’ names and performance criteria. To edit the student’s results, click ‘Edit checks’.
You can click ‘Toggle row’ to mark off one student as ‘yes’ or ‘no’ for all performance criteria.
You can do the same with ‘Toggle column’ to mark off one criteria for all students.
You can also toggle each cell as needed. Then click ‘save’ once you are finished.
The checks will then be colour-coded for a visual representation of students results, these also get automatically populated into reports.
To leave comments, click the magnifying glass next to the student’s names.
Scroll down and click ‘add comments’.
Add comments and click ‘save’, or ‘save and show next’ to comment on the next student.
